We’re looking for a talented Marketing and Bids Coordinator to join our London studio. Working closely with our directors, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual who is full of ideas to make an impact across the marketing and new business activities of a thriving architectural practice.
You will have one to three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally from architecture or the construction industry however, we will consider all applicants who can show us that they’d be a good fit. You’ll be an expert at translating architectural design and technical information into clear, compelling, and jargon-free collateral, such as brochures, reports, presentations, and social content, as well as assisting with bids and competitions, and leading on strategies for internal communications firmwide.
Main duties
Bid coordination:
* Monitoring tender trackers and other industry sources for new opportunities
* Writing and coordinating bid/tender submissions including EOIs, SQ and ITTs in collaboration with our directors and senior staff
* Maintaining our library of bid content, templates and relevant case studies
* Conducting post-bid reviews to identify any opportunities for improvement with future submissions
Marketing management:
* Creating impactful brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral using approved templates
* Developing and implementing an engaging content plan for our digital channels
* Leading our monthly business development meetings and track progress against our annual marketing plan and agreed marketing objectives
* Maintaining our CRM system to track opportunities, campaign performance and outcomes
* Leading the production of award submissions and press releases
* Leading internal communications strategies and updating our intranet
* Coordinating events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
* Acting as our brand guardian to ensure consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines across all studio
You will ideally have:
* One to three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within architecture, construction or the built environment
* Brilliant Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills (essential)
* Excellent writing and proofreading ability (essential)
* An upbeat, open-minded, and curious attitude (essential)
* Interests in people, place, and planet, especially design that takes climate action (essential)
* A commitment to developing a career in marketing
