As an Associate Director, you will be a driving force behind our agency's success. Your role will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and team mentorship. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about social media, adept at nurturing client relationships, and capable of working with teams to achieve exceptional results. You’ll be enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing agency and eager to capture the opportunities for growth and development that come with it. Key Responsibilities: Working with the Business Director to develop and refine the agency's approach to client services across paid and organic social media. Acting as senior client counsel on two-three key clients within the agency portfolio, being hands on to ensure these accounts are thriving and growing. Overseeing project execution, managing timelines, and aligning expectations with more junior members of the client Services team, through regular catch-ups and account/project management meetings. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, serving as a key escalation point for clients and your team. Encouraging a positive working environment and a key contributor to our friendly, positive and open agency culture. Inputting on operations, bringing your agency experience to implement new processes and structures where needed. Supporting on and sometimes leading on New Business pitches, delivering excellent, creative first client solutions to briefs, with the support of the Strategy and Creative teams. Line management of more junior Client Services team members with the opportunity to develop into a Senior Leadership role. Working with the Business Director on recruitment of key roles as we grow. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Agency, demonstrating a strong track record in client services. Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients while building effective working relationships. Proficiency in account leadership, financial acumen, creative judgment and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with strong presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. A team player who is passionate about mentoring and helping team members excel in their roles.
