SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £22,308 (£11.44 per hour)
JOB TYPE: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week (Temporary)
Principle Accountabilities
Role Purpose
As Scheduling Advisor and first point of contact for both internal and external enquires, you will co-ordinate, plan and monitor the workload of our professional field based staff to ensure an efficient flow in line with company standards and targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Confirming resource availability to meet daily schedule capacity requirements whilst liaising with other departments and head office staff
* Demonstrating adherence to confidentiality and data protection legislation whilst recording sensitive patient information
* Maintaining computerised records ensuring high level of accuracy achieved at all times
* Accurately completing company documentation and forwarding to external partners
* Dealing with internal and external queries and requests using own initiative
Experience Required
* Good customer service skills, committing to company belief of ‘always do what is right for the client’
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude, with a desire to exceed internal/external client expectations
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to build business relationships with partner organisations
* Confident about working in a role where your actions influence others
* Good IT/literacy and attention to detail
* Strong time management skills, ability to take responsibility for and prioritise own workload
* Ability to achieve high standards at all times and have ability to think on your feet
