Job Opportunity: Credit Controller We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced Credit Controller within a well-established accounting firm in Hadleigh, Essex. This role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and passionate individual who is self-motivated and possesses excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with our accounting software, Iris, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage invoices for all clients Oversee debt management, including contacting clients for payments Handle reception duties and client-facing services Answer external calls professionally and take messages efficiently Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate closely with the Partners Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Provide general administrative support to employees Organize the Directors' diaries and coordinate client meetings with account managers Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of client engagement and billing procedures Professional telephone manner Proactive and hardworking attitude Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks creatively and efficiently Strong organizational skills Team player Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook Experience with Iris software is preferred but not essential (training will be provided) Prior experience in an accountancy firm is preferred but not essential If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you
