JOB PROFILE: CLIENT SERVICES - ACCOUNT MANAGER (INTERNAL GOVERNANCE)DEPARTMENT:Public Sector Services TeamREPORTS TO:SVP Public Sector ServicesLOCATION: Work from home or Bristol SpectrumHOURS:Full time (up to 37.5 hours per week) Permanent JOB DESCRIPTIONOngoing administrative support relating to the management and maintenance of contractual governance across our public sector client base. The Account Manager (Internal Governance) will be responsible for the management and fulfilment of accurate and timely data, reporting and information requests as per pre-agreed contractual schedules and ad-hoc management requirements/needs.This is a critical support role, and therefore reliability, flexibility, ability to work under pressure is paramount. The role holder will need to be a highly organised individual with excellent written, numerate and verbal communication skills, and highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. With a self-motivated and confident, proactive approach to working within a high-pressure environment, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a wider focus/project team, based on the business and project need. This role will involve a significant level of liaison and communication with internal Teleperformance stakeholders as well as exposure to external client stakeholders and/or their representatives to identify, source and manage the necessary levels of accurate, granular detailed reporting and analysis in order to complete governance related tasks and requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES · The management of accurate data returns / reporting across a range of key governance topics such as Financial Reporting, Spend with SME’s, Social Value, Environmental Performance and Modern Slavery in alignment with contractual obligations and Government legislation to their pre-agreed frequencies e.g. monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting.· The renewal of key documentation and evidence required to be submitted to demonstrate our continued compliance with contractual and/or industry regulation and best practice standards e.g. insurance coverage, information security, data protection and health and safety standards.· Gathering of data in order to support and maintain online company profiles across a range of Government and third-party website portals relating to the security, risk and compliance of Teleperformance’s service offering, sourcing content from Subject Matter Experts within the company as necessary.· The ongoing tracking and monitoring of Teleperformance and/or Competitor performance against required Government governance targets for suppliers to the Public Sector.· Support for our internal Account Management teams by producing and maintaining a range of reports, presentations and documentation to evidence and report our ongoing compliance with standards in alignment with contractual framework schedules.· Support with requests for, and production of reports/information from Government bodies including Crown Commercial Service, Crown Representatives and the Cabinet Office.COMPETENCIES & SKILLS· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication, written, numerate and technical skills and an exceptional attention to detail (Essential)· Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and others, ability to create professional presentations and report packs (Essential)· Ability to work quickly and effectively with strong multi-tasking capabilities, able to proactively support across a wide range of administrative duties (Essential).· Great organisational and time management skills with the ability to take ownership, prioritise and manage own workload in line with ever changing deadlines and priorities often with limited input or supervision (Essential).EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONWork Experience· 3 years’ experience in a similar high-paced industry environment· Experience of working with the Public Sector would be an advantage but is not a necessity· Capability to produce accurate reports, documents and presentations to a high-level specificationEducation· GCSE / NAT5 / High School diploma or equivalent in English and Maths
