About The Role
This role of HR Manager / Business Partner for our bars is to support the businesses through highly talented and engaged crew. It will embody the business’s culture, being responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce and attracting new talent.
The role will focus on leading the direction and strategy of the company’s people plans and implement new initiatives to ensure improvements are made.
Working with the wider BrewDog people team, the role will be responsible for :
1. Design and delivery of projects that support our business ambitions
2. Support the creation and delivery of our people budget
3. Engage with crew across all areas of the bars business to engage them in well designed and delivered HR practices
4. Provide timely and professional support to ensure that business needs are met, and legal obligations fulfilled
5. Work with Line Managers to implement best practice with employee relations
6. Working closely with L&D to develop solutions to increase leadership capability
7. Creating and updating policies and guidance as required by business circumstances or changes in employment law
8. Identify ER trends and implement required actions, driving consistency of approach across the business
9. Monthly reporting and discussion of people analytics with key stakeholders
10. Leading the retail Employee Representatives Group ensuring engagement and activity is high
11. Review and update HRM systems to ensure we have the best tools available to help us achieve our goals
12. Overseeing completion of Crew Reviews and reporting
13. Ensure that recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR
14. Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development such as succession planning
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a naturally curious individual, great at problem solving with high interpersonal skills. High levels of integrity and confidentiality and an amazing listener.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of HR across a multi site business - ideally hospitality or retail, someone who loves systems and numbers and can use data to deliver solutions. The role reports directly to the Global People Director and business partners to the Operations team who support our bars functions.
