The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning function within the premises. The post holder will be responsible for: Ensuring unit grounds are kept in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles ensuring Health and safety of staff and visitors. To monitor the activities of lessee’s and contractors reporting any issues to line manager. To log, monitor and report all damage/faults in relation to the fabric and fixtures. To liaise with external contractors and lessee’s, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to.
