Job Description
* Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
* Handle complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, and retirement
* Oversee recruitment efforts for the department
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
* Support change management processes
* Lead on specific HR projects
* Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
* Professional HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
* Experience in a senior HR role within the Retail sector
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
