Job Description
* Manage income collection and arrears reduction strategies.
* Provide advice and support to clients regarding their rent accounts.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the income service.
* Ensure that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.

A successful Income Officer should have:
