The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of showrooms. Their duties include scheduling and managing maintenance tasks through Halo, completing and managing a detailed record of condition surveys across the estate, and managing the maintenance apprentice to ensure all scoping, recovering, and small works are completed in a timely manner.
This role will report to and work closely with the wider Facilities Management team to support the portfolio nationally. The successful candidate must be a great communicator and problem solver, and work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
About You
* Previous management experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* The desire and ability to travel nationally
* Electrical, joinery, plumbing experience
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Ability to adapt to new priorities
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate: Outlook, Excel, Word
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
