Your responsibilities will include:\n\nScanning and filing client correspondence 📁\nAnswering calls and managing email inquiries\nManaging utilities and council tax transfers\nKeeping office supplies organised and stocked\nIssuing security passes for tenants and contractors\nLiaising with tenants on daily issues\nArranging contractor visits and following up on reports\nAssisting with administrative support to the Accounts Department\nDrafting tenancy agreements and processing deposit protection certificates\nUpdating compliance schedules and taking minutes for meetings 📝Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nPrevious experience in office administration\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nExperience with SAGE or similar accounting software is a plus\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team 🤝Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nFamiliarity with property management processes\nBasic understanding of health and safety regulations\nExperience in customer service rolesHow to apply:\nIf you're a proactive individual with a passion for administration and a knack for organisation, we'd love to hear from you!
