An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Partner to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in delivering and enhancing their total reward strategy, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. The Reward Partner will oversee compensation frameworks, incentive schemes, and governance processes, playing a key role in supporting executive reward initiatives and business-wide pay strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and continuously improve cyclical reward activities, including pay reviews, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
* Manage compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring fairness, compliance, and competitiveness.
* Support executive reward activities, including bench marking and incentive plan design.
* Conduct salary, benefits, and policy bench marking using industry data.
* Provide analytical insights to support reward strategy, business decisions, and remuneration committee requirements.
* Own and enhance pay and reward governance processes, ensuring transparency and compliance.
* Develop and deliver gender pay gap reporting and action plans.
* Collaborate with Finance on financial modelling and forecasting for reward initiatives.
* Produce clear, insightful reward-related data, reports, and MI packs.
* Work with key stakeholders to develop reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage reward suppliers and systems, ensuring efficient operations.
* Drive automation and self-service reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in reward, compensation, or benefits within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
* Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
* Experience in managing salary frameworks, job evaluation, and market bench marking.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
* Strong written communication and presentation skills.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, and data compliance.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
