Marketing and Design Officer
18.5 hours per week
We've got a new job opening to join our talented and passionate marketing and communications team! We're recruiting for an enthusiastic Marketing and Design Officer to come and support commercial services with everything content, design and planning.

What will you do?
The position will see you take a leading role on the marketing of our commercial services across the district. Your work will be diverse, overseeing marketing campaigns from planning through to creation and execution. You'll be working with a range of activities and services that all keep the community of Newark and Sherwood running and thriving.
There will also be extra tasks to support the wider Communications and Marketing team, including adhoc marketing activity, design, social media messaging, and PR.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
You will have experience in a communications or marketing environment – this could be work or education based, will have experience of working directly with customers or residents, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and enjoy working both within a team and using your own initiative. You will also have a GCSE in English at A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
