The successful candidate will work between clinical services (ward and dispensary). Main duties of the job Main duties include: 1. Provide a medicines management service to an inpatient ward including drug history, and medicines reconciliation 2. Responsible for safe, efficient, and effective checking of prescriptions dispensed by other members of the pharmacy team in the dispensary and ward based. 3. Being part of the ward MDT and the wider pharmacy team. This includes being part of the pharmacy weekend and bank holiday rota. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
