Job Description
* Balancing multiple projects and priorities, both leading and assisting on audits.
* Acting as a mentor; offering support and guidance to more junior members of the team.
* Utilise technical knowledge of financial reporting to assess risk areas in clients' financial statements.
* Exercise professional scepticism to challenge where judgements appear inappropriate.
* Assess the quality and validity of explanations and evidence supporting these judgements.
* Collaborate with Hubs and other specialist teams.
* Be aware of strategic objectives and organisational initiatives, as well as other circumstances and events relevant to your work and specialism.
* Supporting improvements in audit methodology, audit software, use of financial data, and operational working practices.
* Influence and provide value to our clients by building your understanding of their operations and challenges.
