HR Advisor, Temp/FTC 6 months, ER advisor role, hybrid covering East Sussex and Kent
(could be based at Ashford, Hastings, Medway, Paddock Wood, Polegate or Thanet)
£37000 to £45000
Due to a department restructure there is an interim HR/ER Advisor opportunity that could go perm to cover the following locations on a hybrid basis (on average 2 days a week at one of the sites above, but travel to all, as required, expenses paid).
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality HR advice and support to managers and staff, enable managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture and engage their staff, and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be available immediately or on short notice, and have extensive experience of high volume Employee Relations with in a Unionised environment, ideally public sector.
On Offer:
6 mths contract £37-45K (depending on experience)
Hybrid flexible working including condensed hours if required.
All travel expenses paid for.
