Job summary We have a vacancy available for a Community Staff Nurse in the Amman/Gwendraeth Community Nursing Team within Hywel Dda University Health Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and suitably experienced registered nurse interested in working in the exciting and challenging area of Community Nursing. Main duties of the job Experience in Community Nursing is desirable for this post but not essential as training will be provided and the post holder will be supported to develop in the role.
