Job Duties: The Learning Support Assistant will provide assistance to teachers in the classroom, support students with special educational needs, help with lesson planning, and create a positive learning environment. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred, but not compulsory. Knowledge and Skills: Strong organisational skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to work well in a team Leadership qualities Initiative and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous. Any specicifc Teaching Assistant qualifications would also be desirable Working Conditions: The role involves working within a school setting, following school hours and term times.
