Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Admin/Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Fire & Security company. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits and provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with engineers and ensuring the efficient delivery of services related to gates and barriers.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule service activities for gates and barriers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects
* Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues related to service delivery
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including quotes, contracts, and service reports
* Collaborate with engineers to ensure that all necessary resources and information are available for the successful execution of service projects
* Maintain accurate records of service activities, including project status, equipment specifications, and customer communications
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a project admin or service coordination role, preferably within the Fire & Security industry
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in using scheduling and project management software
* Knowledge of gates and barriers systems is desirable but not essential
Day-to-day
* Coordinate with engineers to schedule service activities
* Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on service projects
* Prepare and maintain project documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer communications
