Key Responsibilities
* Support Heads of Department with administrative and purchasing functions
* Support Heads of Department with all aspects of people and payroll processes
* Support onboarding and offboarding colleagues
* Support colleague training and development
* Identify opportunities to enhance the experience of colleagues on campus by leading and delivering small to medium projects to show continuous improvement.
* Promote excellent communication within all teams
* Manage work orders, reporting, and compliance evidence
* Support Heads of Department with inspection auditing
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience in a similar position within the FM industry
* Proficient in IT, including email, spreadsheets, and employee databases
* Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines
* Experience in evidencing audit and compliance readiness
* Experience in delivering small to medium-sized projects
* Flexible to adapt to customer needs and cover operations as required
* Ability to build professional relationships
