Applicants must have previous experience of working in an educational establishment, as you will be expected to hit the ground running and deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment.

The school is searching for a remarkable After School Manager who aspires to be a part of this unique school's leadership. This is a fantastic chance to improve how all financial and commercial activities are delivered.
This is a part time permanent role available to start ASAP and you will be expected to work from 2.30pm - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic and operational management of finances, human resources, school's marketing, facilities, and sustainable development
2. Excellent administrative and ICT skills and the ability to multitask
3. Line management and the professional development of support staff
4. Keep accounts up to date for inspection, along with ordering goods and services and paying suppliers and contractors
5. Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed at all times
6. Management of the school's administrative systems using FMS and SIMS
7. To project many aspects of the school's income, expenses, and balance while conducting a strategic financial analysis of the budget
8. Managing the Census and all records

Required skills & qualifications:
18. Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record in a senior or lead role
19. Eligibility to work in the UK. (This is essential)
20. DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
21. Have proven expertise in financial management, strategic financial thinking and analysis
22. To work flexibly and undertake other duties as may be required by the Headteacher, to ensure the smooth running of the school
23. Carry out Professional Development Reviews of site and Office/Administrative staff and initiate relevant professional development
24. Ensure staff are paid in line with their agreed terms and salary scales and details are accurately recorded in the School's financial records
25. Lead on the recruitment of site and office/ administrative school personnel in conjunction with the Headteacher
