About the area Campus Management plays a vital role in planning, developing, and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio. About the opportunity Lead and oversee the effective delivery of multiple physical capital works projects and programs, ensuring alignment with UWA’s strategic goals throughout feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases. Provide continuous improvement input into the University's physical capital works project planning and delivery frameworks. About you Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in project management or a related field. Extensive experience in leading the delivery of complex physical capital projects/programs, particularly in areas of technical, health or adult educational facilities. Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including Australian Building Codes and Standards, Occupational Safety & Health, and principles of universal access. Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders, consultants, and project teams effectively.
