Hard Services Manager - Guildford. Competitive Salary plus car/allowance
Based at a large Government building in Guildford, your expert leadership and specialised know-how will play a pivotal role in upholding essential assets. In this capacity, you will oversee the delivery of Hard FM, compliance, and review of project works.
You will be responsible for:
1. Lead the delivery of Technical Compliance & Hard FM functions.
2. Planning and delivering PPM services to meet all contractual requirements.
3. Manage and assess compliance across the account.
4. Audit and maintain assets, in conjunction with the asset & lifecycle management plan.
5. Drive innovation to ensure best practice in technical compliance disciplines.
6. Ensure remedial activities are conducted in-line with SLA's where needed and continuous improvement is delivered.
7. Manage all services and work closely with the account team to manage budget targets for Hard Services.
8. Take up AP (Authorised Person) duties in the following disciplines (Electrical, Confined Spaces, and RP Water).
You must be familiar with the following:
1. Maintenance Techniques: Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
2. Building Codes and Regulations: Familiarity with local, national, and international building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
3. Energy Management: Skills in optimizing energy usage, improving efficiency, and managing energy-related projects.
4. Asset Management: Proficiency in managing the lifecycle of building assets, including maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation.
5. Extensive knowledge of Hard FM & Technical Compliance Delivery in critical services environment.
6. A UK Recognised and relevant technical qualification in Building Services or any other hard service disciplines is essential.
7. Demonstrable experience of budgeting & managing complex Hard FM projects.
