As an H&S Coordinator for Organisational Learning, you will work as part of the Site Delivery Health, Safety & Wellbeing team providing the highest standard of advice and support to the SZC Delivery management team. Working in a collaborative, assertive and supportive manner, the H&S Coordinator will undertake a range of health and safety activities which include day-to-day coordination of learning, incidents, trend analysis, and triage of events using the project H&S Incident Management System (currently Insight), all of which contributes to Sizewell C's Zero Harm ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the coordination of organisational learning for SZC Delivery and its extended supply chain, in a timely manner.
* Work closely with the wider SZC Learning & Improvement team to ensure health and safety-related incidents and information are transferred and centralised via the daily, pre-screening, and weekly screening meetings.
* Coordinate actions with the individual project's health, safety, and wellbeing team to ensure they are actioned and closed out in a timely manner in accordance with the SZC H&S Standard.
* Complete the Incident and accident tracker and escalate any concerns regarding deadlines or compliance with the standard.
* Coordinate and collate the required incident, accident, and near-miss information and ensure it is uploaded securely onto the Compliance and Improvement system.
* Provide advice on the interpretation and application of the H&S management system.
* Co-ordinate and collate information required to produce scheduled H&S reports and identify trends and early warnings of possible issues and recommend appropriate action.
* Provide assurance and feedback to the Client and their organisations regarding CDM and Nuclear Licensing condition requirements.
* Increase awareness of all health, safety, and wellbeing matters through continued professional development.
* Work with peers in other disciplines to ensure the creation of coherent and integrated policies and systems that avoid unnecessary duplication and dissipation of effort.
* Be an effective and participative member of a team of health, safety, and wellbeing professionals.

* Skilled in the analysis of detailed information and identification of underlying trends, risks, and solutions.
* Strong communication skills to be able to explain concepts and data in a way that is understood and actionable.
* Skilful in engaging others with technical issues and maintaining their interest and enthusiasm.
* Highly competent and skilled in IT and Digital Systems including all MS365 applications (minimum).
* Resilient with the capacity to manage a high volume of information and data whilst also prioritizing activities to deliver critical tasks and outputs within the necessary timescales.
