In this role, you will be joining our Developer Success Team within Engineering Excellence & Productivity (EXP), Infrastructure & Cloud (I&C) as a Developer Success Specialist. This team serves as a front door to the Engineering Excellence & Productivity (EXP) engineering, operations, and compliance teams with the key focus of enabling our DevOps teams to bring new software or new features to production as quickly as possible. Identify and resolve developer issues related to code, build, test, and deployment workflows through education and information campaign Ensuring developer are receiving the required support to adopt and efficiently use the DevOps tools and platform to accelerate delivery of product. Using our EXP squads, the team will either explicitly implement the technical change required or lead coordinated efforts where there are multiple capability dependencies. Ensuring correct tooling standards are communicated, understood and being followed as well as automation of operational tasks. Continuously review operating metrics and data to find opportunities to improve. Tech Profile/Essential Skills Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps Principles including CI/CD Understanding of fundamentals of Developer Tools (ex: GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deep dive into pain points related to code, build, test, and deployment workflows Knowledge Management Tools (ex. Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Stack Overflow), including Administration and Configuration Desired experience in conducting surveys (NPS) and organizing unique events (Hackathons, Workshops), and knowledge management campaigns. Desired experience with Video Editing and Publishing Presentation Delivery Tools (Sharepoint, MS PowerPoint, Lucid Chart). Ability to analyse data patterns and optimize solutions accordingly. Develop and maintain internal tools and services that help automate repetitive tasks and improve development workflows Preferred Skills and Experience Solid understanding of DevOps principles, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Detailed Responsibilities Build tools and training materials to support developers with evolving DevOps tools, ensuring optimal use of the system and promoting knowledge sharing culture. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of curated content, timeliness of training Participate in automation (hands on scripting) where opportunities arise Identify, evaluate, and curate relevant DevOps knowledge resources, including articles, research papers, case studies, and best practices. Builds strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders, growing network and collaborating with own team and colleagues in other domains. Communicates complex information clearly to relevant audiences. Takes initiative to develop knowledge in technology products and tools through on the job learning, certifications, and hands on coding projects.
