TTi UK are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join our fast-paced team. This role will be reporting to and supporting the Financial Accounting Manager, focusing on reporting and analysis. Main duties will involve close liaison with the finance team and other internal and external stakeholders. A key role that will give the holder the ability to add value by improving reporting and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure month-end reporting is completed as per the published timetable and all submissions are achieved in a timely manner and appropriately supported
2. Analysing the final month-end numbers (SAP v Qlik Sense)
3. SAP cost centre management of actuals and forecasting
4. Preparing and posting journals
5. Assist with the annual budget process
6. Manage cost centre budgets with managers across the business
7. Fulfil ESG reporting obligations
8. Customs compliance and reporting
9. Liaison with the Commercial Finance team on reporting of individual cost centres, teams, or month-end brands
10. Ensuring the day-to-day and long-term compliance of financial procedures
11. Identify and make appropriate process improvement suggestions
12. Other ad-hoc finance and company duties as required and as assigned by Line Manager from time to time
System Skills:
1. Intermediate Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, IF Statements)
2. SAP experience desirable
3. Experience in any of the following: Concur, Qlik Sense, or Oracle Hyperion would be of benefit.
Experience and Skills:
1. Finalist or qualified CIMA/ACCA
2. Experience working within a similar role within a Finance team, either from industry or an Accountancy Practice background
3. Strong numerical ability
4. Good communication skills
5. Comfortable with dealing with different levels of management and stakeholders across the business
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines in a methodical, detailed, and organised manner
7. Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision
8. Proactive and confident to challenge the status quo to improve processes
