Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who would love to work hybrid? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing Service Provider in Preston. If you’re looking for a role that offers flexibility, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), and the chance to be part of an expanding finance team, this could be the perfect fit!
Your key responsibilities:
* Producing daily sales invoices
* Managing daily bank reconciliations
* Handling monthly company credit card statements and reconciliations
* Assisting auditors with required information
* Providing holiday cover/support for your finance colleagues
* Contributing to ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role (though full training will be provided)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* A keen eye for detail and solid numerical skills
* Methodical and organised, able to meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and capable of using your initiative
* Flexible, with a great attitude towards teamwork
* Good IT skills, including Excel (Sage experience would be a bonus)
