Business Development Executive
OA are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our clients award-winning contractor payroll company that specialises in UK and International payroll services.
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and operate within a progressive working environment with excellent future prospects and earning potential.
Location: Kings Langley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, Office based.
Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary of £28,000-£33,000 and £5,000 car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
* Generate new business leads by making outbound calls to new and prospective clients, proactively researching leads, and promptly following up enquiries.
* Proactively identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
* Meet qualified new prospects face to face, where appropriate.
* Accurately record all activity on Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain all important Company documents and records securely and up to date, using approved database.
* Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent sales skills via phone and in person.
* Previous recruitment, sales, and construction experience is advantageous.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
* Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
* Focused on delivering a high level of customer service and exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and general taxation is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in mathematics and English with accurate data management skills.
* IT literate, proficient in using MS Office, Outlook, and sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
