A Group Creative Director owns and runs multiple pieces of business, with little to no oversight. They work closely with the co-leaders across departments and with clients, thinking on a higher level for what is best to drive the business. Their work is consistent in excellence and originality.
Essential Functions:
Creatively leads multiple pieces of business, across a range of clients and tones
Manages people at the highest level, guiding their career growth and helping them develop, regardless of whether they are working on assignment together or not
Cross functional in reviewing both copywriting and art direction, as well having a great understanding of new media
Can lead new business pitches, working closely with all departments to form a seamless and winning presentation
Has direct and one to one relationship with client that does not need to involve others
Runs multiple projects and productions at once, with strong ability to manage and delegate
Has robust understanding of current and emerging industry trends and pushes for original work
Develop and maintain cross-disciplinary partnership, with a focus on strategy, design and production
Qualifications:

10-14 years of experience in advertising or related fields
Has lead a piece of a £750k+ piece business independently in previous roles
Winner of various awards and accolades for accomplished work
Ability to single handedly lead multiple pieces of business
Prior experience of managing career growth and development of creatives CD and below
Understands and adheres to business and operational practices, both internal and client-lead
