They are seeking a skilled and visionary CRM Manager to lead their customer relationship strategies and elevate client engagement to extraordinary levels.
As the CRM Manager, you will be the driving force behind their customer relationship strategy, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a personalised luxury experience for every client. You will collaborate across teams to design and implement data-driven campaigns, leveraging insights to deepen relationships with their discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the CRM strategy to enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
* Oversee the implementation and optimisation of CRM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
* Design and manage targeted campaigns, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs, to deliver personalised experiences aligned with the brand ethos.
* Analyse customer data and segmentation to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent and integrated customer journey.
* Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Drive innovation in customer communication, identifying new channels and strategies to enhance engagement.
* Ensure data compliance and adherence to privacy regulations in all CRM activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in campaign design and execution.
* Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, segmentation, and reporting.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* A passion for luxury fashion and an appreciation for exceptional client service.
