Full time position seeking to recruit an experienced credit controller to join a busy credit team in Inverness. The role will require the candidate to deal with a wide range of commercial and domestic customers.
Role:
1. Maintaining existing customer accounts to their terms and conditions.
2. Reviewing new credit account applications.
3. Handling general sales ledger customer queries.
4. Dealing sensitively with customers to maximise recovery of debts.
About you:
1. You must have previous experience working in a similar credit role for 5+ years.
2. Have experience dealing with customers and a pleasant telephone manner.
3. The confidence to handle customer calls of a sensitive or difficult nature.
4. A good communicator and negotiator.
5. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
6. Able to meet deadlines.
7. A good note taker who can pay attention to detail.
8. Be a team player that can also work equally well on your own initiative.
