Internal Sales
Technical Sales role: * £28,000-£30,000 + 20% quarterly bonus
Adept Resourcing have been retained by the South Yorkshire office of a global Engineering business with a strong heritage and long history as they look to recruit to strengthen their Internal Sales team.
Our client is looking for Internal sales representative with experience in technical sales, either in internal sales already looking for the next step or currently in an external sales role and now looking to cut down on their travel.
The role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with a small South Yorkshire based team and concentrate on an external sales territory, working closely with an External Sales Manager.
The role will be geared towards dealing with current clients but will also involve speaking to new or lapsed businesses in the metallurgical industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the development of the Sales and Marketing strategy.
Identifying and developing new opportunities and customers for the range of products.
Undertaking specific sales projects in a multi-disciplinary team with our technical product specialist to provide customised solutions for companies in your area.Experience/ Skills:
Experienced engineer with an appreciation for world-class engineering solutions with a background in material science (desired but not essential)
Technical Sales experience within engineering (either internal or external)
Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.Benefits:
