Overview Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, youll be instrumental in keeping the wheels turningproviding essential day-to-day administrative support, coordinating live site logistics, handling inbound queries, and assisting with scheduling for our valued customers. You'll also be a key support to our sales and wider team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across the board. Key Responsibilities Accurately create and update sales orders in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures. Coordinate with hauliers and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain up-to-date records. Obtain and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation as required. Investigate and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies through the companys query system. Monitor customer credit limits to ensure orders are shipped and invoiced within approved terms. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone in a timely and professional manner. Issue customer order acknowledgements and verify supplier confirmations when necessary. Support the scheduling of customer deliveries and services. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure seamless service.
