The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and experience:
1. Must have a background in service coordination which includes scheduling engineers, generating reports, purchasing, sourcing, etc.
2. Being the first point of contact or initial point of contact for all queries.
3. Must have strong IT/Technical skills.
4. A background in maritime/satellite communications is nice to have, but not essential for this role.
