Day-to-day of the role: Accelerate sales across the range, focusing on kitchen designers, showrooms, retailers, and merchants. Coordinate and refine the sales process from start to finish, with support from sales colleagues. Research and create strategies for targeting new accounts and partnerships with potential for volume sales. Inspire and deliver a transparent, team-inclusive approach, supporting junior co-workers, encouraging accountability, personal development, and rewarding successes. Build collaborative relationships with other managers, particularly our digital product manager. Work with the Executive Team to provide insights into sales and marketing data, optimise lead generation, and enhance sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in accelerating sales growth, ideally within the kitchen/interiors/appliances/lifestyle sector. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of customers from consumers to kitchen designers and architects. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
