Job Title: Treatments Quality Coordinator (Development Role) Location: RLC Langford About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Treatments Quality Coordinator to join our team. Reporting operationally to the Treatments VSM and professionally to the quality engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the team to achieve all quality assurance targets. This role involves continuous improvement of processes and plant, ensuring compliance with NADCAP standards, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the team to meet quality assurance targets. Support the continuous improvement of processes and plant. Carry out routine analytical and periodic testing in line with NADCAP compliance. Provide guidance and instruction to surveyors and technicians. Assist in setting quality goals to enhance production performance. Communicate effectively on quality issues with internal and external customers. Qualifications: Essential: GCSE Maths & English, IMF Foundation Course. Desirable: Time served apprenticeship with ONC/OND or NVQ Level 3 in engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Engineering/Manufacturing & Finish Treatments environment. Developing supplier relationships and liaising with regulatory bodies. Previous lab experience and working knowledge of NADCAP compliance is a plus. Skills: Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems in Manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ISO 9001. Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings and Specifications. Desirable: Knowledge of AS9100 and continuous improvement systems. Personal Qualities: Strong communication and organizational skills. Highly motivated team player with proactive problem-solving skills. Experience in leading projects is desirable. Working Hours: Dayshift: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am to 1.00 pm Fridays. Flexibility for shift rotation and overtime when required. Terms and Conditions: Starting rate for the development role is £18.29 Per Hour, with full rate, £19.26 Per Hour, payable upon completion of training (approx. 6 to 12 months).
