About the opportunity:
1. Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations.
2. Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.
3. Manage and motivate the site team and subcontractors.
4. Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards.
5. Conduct weekly progress and health and safety meetings.
6. Maintain detailed records.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £55k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
1. Proven experience in site delivery, overseeing projects from start to finish.
2. SMSTS certification required.
3. CSCS certification required.
4. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
5. Strong leadership skills.
