The successful candidate will be involved in:
* Develop and implement market-entry and sales strategies to drive business growth
* Expand the firm’s footprint within the Family Office sector, securing new clients and partnerships
* Achieve new business targets, increasing assets under management and revenue
* Present investment and business propositions with confidence, engaging key stakeholders effectively
* Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring in-depth knowledge of market conditions, regulations, and product offerings
* Drive cross-selling opportunities, introducing clients to the firm’s broader range of services, including investment, technology, and operations solutions
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and asset management specialists, to support client acquisition and retention efforts
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and financial promotion requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in business development, specifically within the Family Office and Wealth Management sectors
* Established network of key decision-makers within Family Offices
* Proven ability to secure and develop new business relationships
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Deep understanding of investment management and the financial services landscape
