The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Reward Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role involves executing reward strategies that help us attract, motivate, and retain top-tier talent. You will be responsible for ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of reward projects, programs, and policies.
* Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
* Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance practices.
* Provide expert advice to HR and management on all reward-related matters.
* Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees.
* Respond to reward-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
* Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
* Support the annual pay review process.
* Support the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between reward strategies and overall business goals.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience in a reward role.
* Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.
* Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and reward regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employee benefits legislation.
* Ability to influence and lead with authority and credibility.
* Experience in reviewing and administering UK employee benefits programs.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
