Rate: £19.00 - £24.50 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Lewisham. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Skills & Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
* General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
* Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
