Duties Legal Audio Secretary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules and appointments. Audio and copy typing. Prepare and format legal documents using Microsoft Word and Office applications. Conduct audio typing for dictations and transcriptions accurately and efficiently. Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties, ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally. Assist in the preparation of case files and documentation for court proceedings. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly. Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents as required. Requirements Legal Audio Secretary: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment is preferred. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) is essential. Excellent audio typing skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly. Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
