Play an important part in our journey
The Customer Relationship Management System team is a newly formed department within Bidfood’s National Accounts structure, responsible for managing our new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
The CRM system is vital software for our Contracts & Tenders, FTM Finance, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Campaigns teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience journey, taking customers from initial leads into successfully mobilised business.
CRM ensures an end-to-end process for onboarding new customers, recording vital customer data and commitments, as well as a method to ensure all teams have access to the same pool of data.
The CRM team needs to:
* Work alongside IT Support and third-party consultants to ensure the CRM system operates as intended and quick fixes are put in place where required.
* Project manage and lead further developments to the CRM system.
* Assist with developing new prospecting strategies driven by the new flexibility CRM provides us.
* Ensure ease of use for all users to optimise user uptake.
* Ensure data input from users is accurate and up to date.
* Be unafraid to challenge accepted ways of working to drive innovation with this new platform.
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the CRM system (login failures, broken flows) to ensure high levels of user experience and acceptance. You will work closely with each department utilising the system to ensure it is working as intended and to identify any gaps in functionality that we can improve upon.
You will support the CRM Controller with the project management of future phases of work and with managing the department budget for these developments and support hours.
To be successful in this role, you will need to use your own initiative and flex your working style to suit the different peer groups you will be interacting with. You will have good PC literacy skills with a good level of knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be organised and able to prioritise workload and project requests, understanding what are ‘nice to have’ requests versus ‘need to have’. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to challenge and improve upon existing processes is vital. You will ideally have experience of working with a CRM system – particularly a Microsoft Dynamics system.
