About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will meet with individuals, families, and carers to connect and listen and where necessary undertake an assessment under the Care Act 2014. Your team will have an office base and can work in a hybrid manner. You will undertake visits to people in their own homes, in a hospital setting, or wherever the person feels most comfortable to meet you.

As a Community Support Worker, there are further opportunities to develop your career in Adult Social Care at Leicestershire County Council, such as applying for a Social Work Apprenticeship, Occupational Therapy Apprenticeship, and routes into leadership roles.
