Estimator Secondary Glazing Systems
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the field of secondary glazing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for clients, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed estimates for clients, including costs, materials, and labor requirements
* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and financial transactions
* Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless communication with clients
* Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of secondary glazing systems, architectural glazing, and building codes
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
