Are you all about putting people first and giving them the highest standards of service? We’re looking for a Holidays Assistant Manager at Upper Booth Farm Campsite who can help ensure that everyone has their best possible holiday.
Upper Booth Farm Campsite is in a rural area; please consider how you’ll get here for work before applying. Transport is required between multiple estates, and it is not provided.
There is an expectation to provide cover for other campsites in the area when required, with travel expenses covered.
Hours: 37.5 per week, including weekends and evenings
Salary: £23,868 per annum
What it's like to work here
Alongside Upper Booth, you'll cover two bunkhouses within the High Peaks Area: Dalehead bunkhouse (sleeps 20, located near the campsite) and Ilam bunkhouse (sleeps 16, located in Ilam Park).

What you'll be doing
Your focus will be on delivering excellent service to all guests at Trust locations, ensuring they have a happy holiday. You'll answer questions, follow standard procedures, and collaborate with local Trust and booking teams to maintain high standards and consistency.
You’ll work both at a desk and out visiting bunkhouses and other sites, some remote. You'll ensure team compliance and standards.
You’ll supervise and lead your team through training, coaching, and development. You’ll be hands-on with changeovers, cleaning, stock control, and recruitment, providing clear inductions and training.
You’ll respond to incidents and perform safety procedures, addressing unplanned tasks as needed to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.
Who we're looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
* Experienced in operational roles within a holiday business
* Excellent at communicating and engaging with diverse people
* Capable of maintaining high standards in housekeeping, presentation, and maintenance
* Skilled in supervising and supporting team members
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Knowledgeable about health and safety procedures, compliance, and risk assessments
