* Maintaining a high level of customer focus in all dealings with our clients and the project team

* Working closely with senior and project quantity surveyors and other project delivery staff

* Monitoring and challenging project costs and comparison with allowances
* Producing and assisting with robust and thorough project forecasts
* Undertaking and assisting with monthly project cost/value reporting and presenting commercial performance to senior quantity surveyors
* Dealing with project change management and pricing of variations
* Effective supply chain procurement, management, and administration
* Monitoring and ensuring best practice commercial site functions including appropriate record keeping and reporting regimes
* Assisting with and utilizing client software systems to manage and run all elements of live schemes
* Assisting wider members of the management team and actively contributing to the population of scheme programmes

Chartered Surveyor (degree) Level 6.
Time will be split between one day per week at the university and 4 days working within the business across sites in South West England.
Once recruited into the business, you will be part of a wider cohort of Degree Apprentices from across the whole Renew Group. As a member of this cohort, you will be provided with a set of core skills and competencies which translate across all Group businesses. You will also benefit from being able to network with all of your cohort members, building breadth into your development experience.
