We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Prism Reporting Analyst to join our team on a 6-month remote contract. This role is part of a Workday implementation project, where you will play a crucial role in providing data insights and reports using Workday's Prism Analytics platform. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Prism, and ideally Workday Financials, to support the successful implementation and adoption of Workday within the organisation. You will work closely with project teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure that the reporting capabilities are fully aligned with business objectives and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimise reports and dashboards within Workday Prism to meet business needs for the Workday implementation project. Utilise Workday Financials data to generate financial reports, forecasts, and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional leads, and IT, to understand reporting requirements and design customised solutions in Workday Prism. Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of opportunity. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting activities during the implementation process. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely and effective manner. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all reporting processes, methodologies, and configurations specific to the Workday implementation. Provide user training and support for Workday Prism users, ensuring proper usage and adherence to best practices. Assist in integrating external data sources into the Workday Prism platform as needed. Support the creation of ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management or stakeholders during the implementation phase. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Prism Analytics. Strong understanding of Workday Financials and how to pull relevant data for financial reporting and analysis. Proven experience with Workday Report Writer, Prism Data, and Prism Analytics tools. Ability to work with large data sets, analyse data, and generate insightful reports. Solid understanding of financial systems and accounting principles. Proficiency in data visualisation tools and creating dashboards in Workday. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
