You'll be joining the business as the Head of Account Management, which is a key role focussed on driving client growth, expanding relationships and maximising revenue across a global client base. You will be in charge of a team of account managers whom you will mentor, train and develop, and ensure that you offer a strategic leadership function within a tech software house environment. As the Head of Account Management you will be involved in the following: Leadership and team management Goal setting, performance reviews, ongoing coaching and support Ensure the Account Management team is working in a collaborative way Hands on client Account Management, including implementing account growth strategies Work with the wider business, to ensure all account management processes and practices ensure ISO compliance Oversee contract renewals and negotiations Team reporting and KPI setting We are looking for a person who has been the Manager of a team of Account Managers within a software house or tech environment before.
