Salary: £27,797 - £33,000pa (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Woking
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Teddies Woking.
Our Bright Horizons Teddies Woking is Ofsted rated “Good” and has good travel links we are within 5 mins of the town centre which has direct bus and train links into Woking.

What you’ll be doing
11. Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
12. Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
13. Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
14. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
15. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
16. Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis
What we’re looking for
17. Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
18. Previous experience working within an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar)
19. Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
20. Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
21. Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
22. Ability to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
