3. Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase domestic and international sales volumes;
4. Coordinate and monitor commercial activities of assigned product groups; develop sales policies in alignment with management targets;
5. Prepare and manage sales budgets for assigned product groups both domestically and internationally;
6. Build and maintain close relationships with technical and commercial departments of customers, addressing issues and developments; conduct regular customer visits and report findings;
7. Oversee customer order requests and determine necessary actions,
8. Stay updated on technological advancements in collaboration with HQ-France; attend relevant meetings and training sessions as a company representative.
9. Obtain and manage price lists and quotations for commercial products, ensuring resolution of technical and commercial issues with customers and company.
10. Provide support to Regional and Sales Representatives in resolving customer issues, liaising with HQ-France for technical support when needed.
11. Develop pricing strategies for assigned product groups.
12. Plan and execute marketing, PR, training, and service activities for assigned product groups.
13. Identify and coordinate sales and pricing strategies for key accounts.
14. Establish and standardize product and material specifications.
15. Set targets for Sales Representatives, monitor sales performance, and ensure monthly revenue and profit targets are met.
16. Develop and maintain quality assurance system documentation (procedures, instructions, graphs, tables) and ensure proper implementation and understanding.
17. Plan and coordinate customer training sessions.
18. Plan and oversee Sales Representative's activities and customer visit schedules, evaluate visit reports, and plan subsequent actions;
19. Evaluate commercial methods and systems applied in company group companies and implement beneficial practices in the sales department;
20. Enhance the motivation and skills of Sales Representatives through necessary actions.
21. Compile periodic data on direct sales from group companies to customers, calculate commission amounts.
22. Monitor and respond to tenders from existing resources (internet, official gazette, etc.).
23. Review and analyze overseas order requests, coordinate feasibility studies, and determine specific needs.
24. Prepare or oversee the preparation of price quotations/tender documents for identified customers.
25. Ensure timely and complete collection of sales payments in accordance with contracts based on data from the Accounting Department.
26. Investigate and report reasons for cost overruns to relevant departments.
27. Determine minimum and maximum stock levels for raw and auxiliary materials with the Material Planning Manager based on sales forecasts and actual sales.
28. Verify license compliance for GS product group.
Aradığımız Profil
29. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials or Metallurgy Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
30. Advanced proficiency in English;
31. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
32. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
33. Experience in team management;
34. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
